ON THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

JOB APPLICANT INFORMATION NOTICE

Dear Job Applicant,

This information notice has been prepared by ISBI ISTANBUL AHL SERBEST BOLGE KURUCU VE ISL. A.S., acting in the capacity of data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "KVKK") and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the legal grounds for processing, the method of collection, the parties to whom it may be transferred and your rights under the KVKK.

We have no absolute control over the information you state in the CVs you send us or on the websites through which you reach us. We recommend that you do not share with our Company any personal data or special categories of personal data that you do not wish us to know.

1. Which of Your Personal Data Do We Process?

· Your name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status and nationality;

· Your e-mail address, postal address and mobile telephone number;

· If you include it in your CV, information relating to your health (such as any disability);

· Your educational background, certificate and diploma details, area of expertise, foreign language skills, information about your abilities, details of the seminars and courses you have attended, your computer skills and examination results;

· Information about your work experience (for example, the sectors and companies in which you have previously worked, your position, your responsibilities and the salary you received);

· Your photograph;

· Your driving licence details;

· Information about your hobbies;

· Your salary expectation;

· Your military service status;

· Your reference details (the name, surname, title, workplace and contact details of the referee);

· Any other information that you add to your CV of your own volition but that we cannot foresee

is processed in accordance with the KVKK.

The data in question may be retained by Isbi Istanbul Ahl Serbest Bolge Kurucu ve Isl. A.S. for up to 1 year if your job application is not approved, and for up to 10 years from the date you leave the workplace if it is approved.

2. For Which Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?

The personal data set out above is processed for the following purposes, for the performance of this Service Agreement relating to the employment service we provide to you:

· to manage your job application process,

· to contact you,

· to determine whether you have sufficient qualifications for the position we will offer you,

· to be able to speak with the persons from whom we may take references about you and to determine whether you are suitable for the job,

· to determine the position in which you wish to work, your salary expectation, whether you could work in other positions and your start date,

· to determine whether you are able to drive should the need to use company vehicles arise,

· to determine your suitability in terms of age for the position to be offered to you and to ensure compliance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Employment of Child and Young Workers,

· to enable our human resources unit to remember you easily when you attend an interview,

· to enable contact to be made with the job applicant and, should the applicant be accepted for employment, to prepare their personnel file,

· to determine whether there is any circumstance that could interrupt your work during the term of the employment contract and to ensure compliance with Article 75 of Military Criminal Code No. 1632.

3. By Which Method and on Which Legal Grounds Do We Process Your Personal Data?

The personal data in question is processed, subject to your explicit consent, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law, namely (i) "processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation", (ii) "processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" and (iii) "it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of that contract", by automated means (for example, where it is sent automatically to our system over the internet) or by non-automated means (for example, where we make a note of information you give us by telephone).

4. To Whom and for Which Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?

On the basis of your explicit consent, your personal data may be transferred to our group companies for the purposes of carrying out human resources activities and of assessing your job application with a view to employing you at our other group companies, and to judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement bodies upon request, for the resolution of legal disputes or as required by the relevant legislation.

5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Exercise Them?

You may submit your requests concerning the rights set out in Article 11 of the KVKK to ISBI in writing in accordance with Article 5 of the "Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature or an e-mail address previously notified by the data subject to the data controller and registered in the data controller's system.
